Now don’t get me wrong, the Winsor Pilates Circle Series isn’t the only product worth mentioning. Though I haven’t tried them myself, there are many products which have gotten stellar reviews by people all around the world. One of these is the Winsor Pilates Ab Sculpting DVD. This product precedes the Circle Series, but it sounds like one of those things that are an oldie but a goodie. Not only that but it targets one of the areas which almost everyone wants to improve, your abs. I’ve got a friend who has this and loves it, and I think I may ‘borrow’ it from her dvd collection for a while to try it myself. She recommends it highly! |
