I recently ordered the latest product in the Winsor Pilates DVD collection, the Winsor Pilates Circle Series. It comes with a Winsor Pilates Sculpting Circle, a Winsor Pilates DVD holding the Winsor Pilates 20-Minute Circle Workout, the 50-minute Winsor Pilates Accelerated Fat-Burning Workout, and the 10-minute Winsor Pilates Sculpting Blast Workout. The package also comes with a cookbook with suggestions for tasty and easy to prepare meals, and an exercise planner in which you can record and chart your progress. The actual program is incredibly fun, though I did find myself a little sore the next day specifically in my abs. That being said, I dropped 4 pounds in the first week I used it, and another 3 the following week. Who knew you could achieve results like that so quickly doing something that is actually really fun. Winsor Pilates DVD - Basic 3 DVD Workout

Here is the original tried and true Winsor Pilates DVD set. The Basic 3 DVD workout is great for those just starting Winsor Pilates who don’t want to have the ‘props’ like the sculpting circle. It really is the most basic thing you can get, and is a great stepping stone into the more advanced workouts. All you need for this to work is a TV, a DVD player, and optionally a mat to make things a little more comfortable. I’ve tried these DVDs with my friend and they’re fun. I still like the Winsor Pilates Circle Series more, but thats a matter of personal preference, she actually prefers the regular mat workouts. Either way, both Winsor Pilates sets are a great way to lose weight and get the body shape you’re looking for. Besides, you can always get both and mix it up a bit here and there. =D

Winsor Pilates DVD - Ab Sculpting

Now don’t get me wrong, the Winsor Pilates Circle Series isn’t the only product worth mentioning. Though I haven’t tried them myself, there are many products which have gotten stellar reviews by people all around the world. One of these is the Winsor Pilates Ab Sculpting DVD. This product precedes the Circle Series, but it sounds like one of those things that are an oldie but a goodie. Not only that but it targets one of the areas which almost everyone wants to improve, your abs. I’ve got a friend who has this and loves it, and I think I may ‘borrow’ it from her dvd collection for a while to try it myself. She recommends it highly!
